Crust for Lamb Pie: Date Added: 13 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1 cup cold boiled rice
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon melted butter

Cooking Instructions

Mix rice and milk until smooth, add beaten egg yolks, sifted dry ingredients, and melted butter. Beat hard, and fold in stiffly beaten whites.
