Macaroni and Tomato Au Gratin: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

Ingredients

2 cups macaroni
1 pint tomato
Pepper
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/2 cup cheese
1/2 cup crumbs

Cooking Instructions

Boil macaroni in salted water until nearly tender, drain, and rinse. Season tomato with sugar, salt, celery salt, a little pepper, and pour over the macaroni. Sprinkle with cheese and crumbs, and bake in a moderate oven. Time in oven, 1 hour. Temperature, 350°. Servings, 6
