Macaroni with Poached Egg: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

1/4 cup macaroni
1 egg
2 teaspoons grated cheese
Salt

Cooking Instructions

Boil macaroni in salted water and mold in a square. Poach an egg and place on the macaroni. Sprinkle with grated cheese, season, and serve with garnish of parsley. Serving, 1
