1 cup fresh white or brown bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped Brazil nut meats
Crisp lettuce leave
1 cup chopped walnut meats
1/2 cup cream
1 teaspoon salt
Sprinkle salt over nuts. Mix bread crumbs and cream. Add cream slowly for it may not all be needed. The crumbs should be nicely moistened and not soaking wet with the cream. Mix crumbs and nuts together and place in salad bowl, lined with the lettuce. If liked, a little sugar may be sprinkled over the nuts and crumbs. Serve at Once.
