Bread Stuffing for Poultry: Date Added: 16 Jul 2009

Ingredients

2 cups dried bread crumbs
1/3 cup hot water
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 beaten egg

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter in hot water and mix with all other ingredients. Use as stuffing for chicken, duck or turkey. This may be used also as stuffing for lamb or veal.
