Breaded Mutton Cutlets: Date Added: 16 Jul 2009

Ingredients

Fresh or dried bread crumbs
Mutton cutlets
1 beaten egg
Salt and pepper to taste
Tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

Trim the cutlets. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Dip in bread crumbs, beaten egg and again in bread crumbs. Fry slowly, until well browned, in lard or dripping. Pour sauce around them.
