Chestnut Stuffing: Date Added: 16 Jul 2009

1 cup dried bread crumbs
2 cups blanched chestnuts
1/2 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup cream or milk

Cooking Instructions

Mash chestnuts, add cream and season with salt and pepper. Pour butter over bread crumbs, then add chestnut mixture. Use as a poultry stuffing.
