Cucumber Sauce: Date Added: 11 Jun 2009

1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 teaspoon salt
Few grains cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 large cucumber

Cooking Instructions

Beat cream until stiff. Add salt, pepper, vinegar, and cucumber, which has been pared, cut very fine, and drained.
