Hollandaise Sauce: Date Added: 11 Jun 2009

Ingredients

2 egg yolks
1 lemon (juice)
1/2 cup chicken broth or consommé
1/4 cup butter
Salt and cayenne

Cooking Instructions

Beat yolks of eggs, add lemon juice, and broth. Then cook together until thick like custard. Beat in butter, add salt, and cayenne to taste.
