Ingredients

4 egg yolks
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Beat egg yolks slightly, put in double boiler, add butter, the milk, and cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Add lemon juice and salt.
