Tartare Sauce: Date Added: 12 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon powdered sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
Speck cayenne
Yolks of 2 eggs
1-1/2 tablespoons vinegar
1/2 cup salad oil
1/2 tablespoon capers
1/2 tablespoon pickles
1/2 tablespoon olives
1/2 tablespoon parsley

Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients, and add beaten egg yolks. Add vinegar and then beat in the oil slowly, a, little at a time. Mix reŽmaining ingredients, measured after they have been chopped fine, and add to the first mixture.
