Ingredients

(Thin)
2 cups milk
3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

(Medium)
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter
6 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

(Thick)
2 cups milk
4 tablespoons butter
2/3 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Scald the milk. Melt butter, add flour and blend thoroughly. Add milk gradually and bring to boiling point, stirring constantly. Add salt.
