Maple Mousse: Date Added: 14 Aug 2009

Ingredients

6 egg yolks
1 cup maple syrup
3 cups heavy cream

Cooking Instructions

Beat the egg yolks slightly, mix with the syrup and cook in a double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. When cold beat in the cream, whipped. Place in a mold, pack in ice and salt and let stand three or four hours. Serves 12.
