Strawberry Mousse: Date Added: 11 Jun 2009

1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup powdered sugar
Few grains salt

Cooking Instructions

1 cup strawberry puree (fresh strawberries rubbed through a sieve). Beat cream until stiff, and fold in sugar, salt, and strawberry puree. One-half cup maraschino cherries cut in pieces may be used instead of strawberries. Pack in ice and salt, and let stand for three hours. Servings, 4
