Entire Wheat Eggless Muffins: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

Ingredients

1 cup flour
1 cup entire wheat flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
4 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1/4 cup water
2 tablespoons shortening

Cooking Instructions

Combine and sift dry ingredients then add liquids, shortening, and beat thoroughly. Bake in greased muffin tins in a moderately hot oven. Time in oven, 30 minutes. Temperature, 375°. Servings, 12
