4 tablespoons shortening
1 cup chopped cooked ham
1 egg
1 cup milk
1 cup graham flour
1 cup white flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
Cream shortening and add ham. Add egg well beaten and then the dry ingredients, mixed and sifted, alternately with the milk. Mix well and put into greased muffin pans. Bake in a hot oven. Time in baking, 30 minutes. Temperature, 400°. 12 muffins.
