2 tablespoons grated cheese
Crumbs
Pour one-third cup diced parsnip in each ramekin. Pour white sauce over parsnip. Sprinkle seasonings and grated cheese over each ramekin. Cover with bread crumbs. Brown in hot oven. Time in oven, 10 minutes. Temperature, 400°. Servings, 6
