Cooking Instructions

Cut pastry in strips about three inches long and one inch wide; bake a delicate brown in hot oven. Spread with Maple Fondant, and while still soft press in nut meats. Candied cherries may be used instead of nut meats. Time in oven, 12 minutes. Temperature, 400°.
