Cooking Instructions

Roll Puff Paste one-fourth inch thick. Cut in rounds two and one-half or three inches in diameter, and from half of these rounds cut out a smaller round, leaving a rim. Put together in pairs, one cut piece on a whole one, brushing the edges of the lower piece with cold water. Place on a pan covered with two layers of brown paper and bake in a very hot oven (500°). The time required will be about 25 minutes.
