Cherry Pie No.2: Date Added: 11 Aug 2009

Pastry
3 cups stoned cherries
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon flour
2 tablespoons butter

Cooking Instructions

Line a pie plate with pastry and fill with the cherries. Add the sugar, mixed with the flour, and dot over with bits of butter. Cover with pastry and bake in a hot oven. Time in baking, 35 minutes. Temperature, 400°.
