Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated cheese
Salt, paprika, minced parsley

Cooking Instructions

Mash potatoes with milk and butter, and season. Pile in a baking dish. Beat cream stiff, add cheese, salt, and paprika. Spread over potatoes and place in a moderate oven until delicately brown. Time in oven, 25 minutes. Temperature, 350°. Servings, 6
