Salt and pepper
Parboil the potatoes two minutes. Arrange potato and cheese in layers with a dusting of flour on each layer. When dish is full cover with milk to which seasonings have been added. Bake in a moderate oven. Time in oven, 30 minutes. Temperature, 325°. Servings, 6
