Ingredients

1/2 cup diced onion
1-1/2 cups cold diced potatoes
1-1/2 cups tomato soup or pulp

Cooking Instructions

Parboil onions fifteen minutes, put with potatoes in layers in a baking dish. Poor soup over potatoes and onions. If tomato pulp is used season with salt, pepper, and celery salt as for soup. Bake in a moderate oven. Time in oven, 30 minutes. Temperature, 350°. Servings, 4
