1 quart water
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped preserved ginger
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup pineapple juice
Boil water, sugar and ginger slowly for fifteen minutes. Add fruit juices and chill. Tiny pieces of orange and pineapple may be added. Dilute as desired. Servings, 12
