2 egg yolks
1/2 cup honey
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup cream (whipped)

Cooking Instructions

Beat yolks, add honey, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook five minutes and cool. Add whipped cream just before serving.
