6 tablespoon flour
1-1/2 teaspoons mustard
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1-1/2 cups weak vinegar
1 tablespoon onion juice
2 tablespoons butter
Mix together the dry ingredients and combine with the hot milk, beating to prevent Jumping. Cook until thick, add beaten eggs and five minutes later the hot vinegar, onion juice, and butter. Cook a few minutes longer. Remove from heat and chill. Can and seal. This will keep for some time.
