Cream Dressing: Date Added: 29 Jan 2010

1 teaspoon mustard
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons flour
1-1/2 teaspoons confectioners sugar
Speck cayenne
1 teaspoon butter or margarine
1 egg yolk
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup heavy cream

Cooking Instructions

Mix dry ingredients. Add butter, egg yolk, and vinegar. Cook in double boiler until thick, stirring constantly. Cool and add cream which has been stiffly beaten.
