1/4 cup orange juice
1/4 cup pineapple juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup cream
Heat in the top of a double boiler the orange, pineapple, and lemon juice. Beat eggs with sugar until light and turn this mixture into the hot fruit juices. Cook until it will coat a spoon like boiled custard. Then stand the top of the double boiler in a pan of cold water and beat its contents until smooth. Cool and then fold in the cream which has been whipped. Chill before using.
