6 slices sausage meat
1 egg
1/2 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk

Cooking Instructions

Have sausage meat cut about one-quarter inch in thickness. Place in bottom of a dripping pan. Beat egg thoroughly, add flour, salt and milk, and beat the batter with an egg beater. Pour batter over sausage. Bake in moderately hot oven. Time in oven, 40 minutes. Temperature, 375°. Servings, 4
