Ingredients

1 can shrimp
1 can tomato soup
Pinch of soda
1 can peas
1-1/2 tablespoons butter
1-1/2 tablespoons flour
1-1/2 cups milk
Salt and pepper

Cooking Instructions

Wash shrimp, remove intestinal vein, and cut each in two or three pieces. Heat tomato soup, add soda to keep from curdling the milk, add peas and shrimp, and cook a few minŽutes. Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, milk, seasonings, and add just before serving. Servings, 8
