Shrimps, New Orleans Style: Date Added: 13 Jun 2009

Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter
1 cup canned shrimp
1 cup hot boiled rice
3/4 cup heavy cream
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
Few drops onion juice
1/4 cup tomato sauce

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter, add shrimps and cook three minutes. Add rice, cream, seasonings, and tomato sauce. Heat and serve garnished with points of hot buttered toast. Servings, 4
