Yokohoma Patties (Crabmeat): Date Added: 13 Jun 2009

Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons flour
3/4 cup milk
3/4 cup cream
1-1/2 cups crabmeat
1/2 cup mushrooms
2 tablespoons pimiento
1 teaspoon chopped chives
3/4 teaspoon salt

Cooking Instructions

Melt butter, add flour and stir until well blended. Add milk and cream slowly, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add crab meat, mushrooms sautéed in butter, pimiento cut in thin strips, chives and salt. Serve in patty shells. Servings, 6
