1 cup stoned red cherries
2-1/2 cups water
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon gelatine
Juice of 1 orange

Cooking Instructions

Scald cherries in water, add sugar, and gelatine softened in cold water. Cool and add orange juice. Freeze to a mush, and let stand several hours. Servings, 5
