Lemon Sherbet: Date Added: 14 Aug 2009

Ingredients

2 cups water
1-1/2 cups sugar
6 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg white

Cooking Instructions

Boil sugar and water together for five minutes. Cool and add lemon juice. Pack in ice and salt, freeze to a mush, add stiffly beaten egg white and continue freezing. Serves 6.
