2 cups sugar
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 cup chopped raisins
1 cup fruit syrup
1 cup orange juice
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 egg whites
Boil water, sugar, nutmeg, and raisins for ten minutes. When cold, add fruit juices. Partially freeze, add the stiffly beaten egg whites and continue freezing. Servings, 8
