Raspberry Sherbet: Date Added: 11 Jun 2009

1-1/2 cups canned raspberries
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 lemon (juice)
11/2 cups milk
11/2 cups cream

Cooking Instructions

Rub raspberries through a fine sieve to remove seeds. Heat to boiling point, add sugar and stir until dissolved. Cool, add remaining ingredients, and freeze. Servings, 6
