3 tablespoons cocoa
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 cups cake or pastry flour
1 teaspoon soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup thick sour cream
4 eggs
Mix the first five ingredients and add to the sour cream into which the well beaten eggs have been stirred. Bake in small pans in a moderately hot oven. Time in baking, 25 minutes. Temperature, 375°. 12 cakes.
