1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1-3/4 cups flour
Cream butter, add gradually sugar, egg yolks well beaten, milk, flour mixed with baking powder, and egg whites beaten stiff. Bake in a thin sheet in a moderately hot oven. Shape with small cutter and put together with Hazel Nut Filling. (see recipe)
Time in oven, 20 minutes. Temperature, 375°. Servings, 8
