Quick Sponge Cup Cakes: Date Added: 10 Aug 2009

Ingredients

1 cup cake or pastry flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
3 tablespoons cold water
Flavoring if desired

Cooking Instructions

Sift flour with baking powder. Add all the other ingredients and beat five minutes. Put in muffin tins and bake in a moderate oven.
Time in baking, 20 minutes. Temperature, 350°. 16 small cakes.
