Sour Cream Waffles: Date Added: 9 Jun 2009

2 egg yolks
3/4 cup sour milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1-1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon soda
2 egg whites

Cooking Instructions

Beat egg yolks well and add milk and cream. Mix and sift dry ingredients and add to first mixture. Fold in egg whites which have been beaten until stiff.
